* Restriction from use as Nursery Stock: Purchaser agrees not to sell, transfer, distribute, or give away this stock or use this stock as nursery stock. Nursery stock means plants grown for propagation, sale, or distribution.

* Acceptance of the cuttings from the nursery by Purchaser constitutes a non-refundable transaction.

* Payable on receipt.
